The Focus

Practice

TCC Psychotherapy provides individualized psychotherapy services for individuals, families, couples, and teens experiencing various challenges and mental health disorders. I work to provide a neutral ground for each person to openly express themselves and work to overcome the dissonance that they are experiencing. Through telehealth, you are able to conveniently meet for sessions in the comfort of your own home. Sessions are available via video or phone.

Treatment

Through an eclectic approach from multiple therapeutic modalities, I collaboratively work with each individual and couple to help them heal, become aware of their inner strengths, and face the challenges that they are going through.

About me

Tynashkee Chapman Colbert, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. I have worked in the social work field for over 7 years, and I have provided therapy-based services for the past 4 years. I work with individuals, families, and children from all ethnic backgrounds and different socioeconomic statuses. My goal is to always meet my clients where they are, and we work together to determine where they want to get to. Recognizing that help is needed is the first step and reaching out for help is the second. Everyone faces challenges and come across obstacles in life. True strength comes from searching within yourself and realizing that help is needed. Cognitive based therapy, client-centered therapy, existential therapy, trauma focused therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy are a few evidenced based practices that I use.
