TCC Psychotherapy provides individualized psychotherapy services for individuals, families, couples, and teens experiencing various challenges and mental health disorders. We work to provide a neutral ground for each person to openly express themselves and work to overcome the dissonance that they are experiencing. Through telehealth, you are able to conveniently meet for sessions in the comfort of your own home. Sessions are available via video or phone. We also offer in-person sessions in Boynton Beach, FL or Port Saint Lucie, FL.
Through an eclectic approach from multiple therapeutic modalities, we collaboratively work with each individual or couple to help them heal, become aware of their inner strengths, and face the challenges that they are working through.
TCC Psychotherapy's goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Tynashkee Chapman Colbert, LCSW
Tynashkee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. She has worked in the social work field for over 7 years and have provided therapy-based services for the past 5 years. She works with individuals, families, and teens from all ethnic backgrounds and different socioeconomic statuses. Her goal is to always meet each client where they are and work together to determine where they want to get to. Recognizing that help is needed is the first step and reaching out for help is the second. Everyone faces challenges and come across obstacles in life. True strength comes from searching within yourself and realizing that help is needed. Cognitive based therapy, client-centered therapy, existential therapy, trauma focused therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy are a few evidenced based practices that she use. If you are ready to begin this journey, then I am ready to tag along. It is my pleasure to work with you and we hope to hear from you soon!
